I've built a successful career on influencing audiences in effective ways that add tangible value to existing brands and new commercial opportunities.

I've worked for iconic Queensland health and education services, in the public and private sectors, as well as with numerous start-ups, small businesses, and not-for-profits. Now I run Presence Communications – a training and services consultancy which

helps individuals and organisations communicate effectively and be noticed positively for their efforts, achievements, and innovations.

Clients enjoy working with me because I become familiar with their needs quickly and provide them with sound advice.

I'm proud of my track record of advising boards and senior executives on communication strategy.

I've been a faculty member at QUT and Griffith universities, guiding undergraduate students in their development of highly sought-after graduate attributes. I also ran ‘boot camps’ and ideas competitions for postgraduate students and postdoctoral academics at The University of Queensland and five other Australian universities, to help them engage effectively with internal and external audiences.

Right now I'm an active member of the Ipswich and Queensland innovation ecosystems, sharing my communication, training, and facilitation expertise with Fire Station 101 and emerging regional start-up and innovation hubs.
